Archived: Sauk Rapids Teen Injured In Two-Way Crash In Foley
A Sauk Rapids teen was injured in a two-way crash at an intersection in Foley on Saturday.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a sedan was heading west on Glen Street before stopping at a stop sign at the intersection of Highway 25 at around 11:45 p.m. The sedan proceeded into the intersection, where it was hit by a pickup truck heading south on Highway 25.
A passenger in the sedan, 17-year-old Shelby Helen Linn, was airlifted to North Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injures. The driver of the sedan, also 17, was taken to St. Cloud Hospital. The extent of her injuries has not been given.
The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
