Smoke from Canadian wildfires will continue to affect the St. Cloud area .

St. Cloud State meteorology professor Bob Weisman says a lot of smoke has concentrated in a small area that has moved south as far as Brainerd. It is unknown whether or not the smoky air will make it past Interstate 94 on Monday.

After the air clears, storms and thunderstorms just south of the smoke will make their way down to the Minnesota River Valley and into the Twin Cities.

Anyone with breathing problems, children, or seniors should be cautious while outside.
