There is a new Sheriff in town.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office says newly elected Sheriff Steve Soyka was sworn in by outgoing Sheriff Don Gudmundson last Monday. Soyka is the 30^th Sheriff of Stearns County. The ceremony was held at the start of the Board of Commissioner’s meeting. Current and former members, local law enforcement, and Soyka’s family all attended.
