A St. Cloud business owner, The i-Pod Guy, was arrested Tuesday for selling illegal drugs and criminal sexual conduct charges is being held on $50,000 bail in the Stearns County Jail.

Police arrested the 44-year-old Andrew James Frederick after receiving information The i-Pod Guy was allegedly selling Oxycontin and Percocet out his of his storefront, located at 900 West Saint Germain Street. Authorities say a 17-year-old girl and 1 1/2-year-old child were present when investigators conducted a search warrant at the store.

Police say a DNA test was ordered and Frederick was found to be the father of the child who would have been conceived when the girl was 15.

The i-Pod Guy is being charged with 2 counts of narcotics charges and one count of criminal sexual conduct.
