A 13-year-old boy is credited with helping St. Cloud Police nab an alleged drunk driver Friday night.  Kyle Allan Baxter-Jensen, a 28-year-old St. Cloud resident, was taken to Stearns County Jail on charges of first degree DWI based on a prior conviction for criminal vehicular operation. 

A 13-year-old boy had called to report Baxter-Jensen’s black SUV was driving over curbs and hitting street signs, according to police.  Police arrested Baxter-Jensen after officers located him at a residence on 13th Avenue South, according to St. Cloud Police.
