A 17-year-old Sauk Rapids boy was arrested by St. Cloud Police after they say he was found having consensual sex with a 14-year-old St. Cloud girl in a parked car at about 2:30 a.m Thursday morning. St. Cloud Police were called to the 13 hundred block of University Drive South East to respond to a call about a suspicious car in a parking lot.

Police took the girl back to her parents and the boy was taken to the St. Cloud Police Department and released to his mother. The boy is facing 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct charges due to the age difference between both people and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
