An 18-year-old Waite Park man was arrested for stealing DVD’s and alcohol from an apartment. It happened just after 11:00 Tuesday night at an apartment on the 300 block of 2nd Avenue South. Police say the unoccupied apartment was broken into and several DVD’s and alcoholic beverages were taken. When officers arrived, they found two men hiding in the bushes nearby, and the men fled on foot. Police arrested Michael Flavin who they say was in possession of the stolen items. He was held for court in the Stearns County Jail. Most of the stolen items were recovered.
