St. Cloud police arrested a 19-year-old man after a traffic stop at around 2 a.m. Tuesday (today). He faces charges of multiple counts of possession of narcotics with intent to distribute.

Joseph Marland Williams was stopped in the 600 block of 13th Street South and police searched his vehicle after probable cause. The investigation ultimately led to the arrest of Williams and he was taken to the Stearns County Jail for fifth degree possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, fifth degree possession of a controlled substance, open container in a motor vehicle, possession of a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
