According to the St. Cloud Police Department, a Level 3 Predatory Offender, Cody Duncan, will be moving into a residence in St. Cloud on February 18th.

He will be moving to a residence located in the 100 block of 12^th Avenue North. A community meeting will be held by the St. Cloud Police Department on Monday, February10^th at 6 p.m. in the St. Cloud Police Department Training Room A. Representatives from the Minnesota Department of Corrections and St. Cloud Police Department will be available to provide more information.

Duncan has served a sentence imposed on him by the court for engaging in sexual contact with a 12-year-old female.
