A reported domestic assault brings St. Cloud Police to the 500 block of 15th Avenue Southeast in Benton County. Police say the victim, a 41-year-old woman from St. Cloud, was assaulted by her husband, 49-year-old Timothy James Ketchum of St. Cloud. The victim sustained bruising and swelling on her face but refused medical attention. The suspect has two prior domestic assault convictions from 2005 to 2007 and has an active warrant out of Stearns County for disorderly conduct. Ketchum was arrested and taken to the Benton County Jail where he is being held for court.
