The city of St. Cloud is closing a portion on 9th Ave Southeast starting Monday for road construction.

The closure is from Minnesota Boulevard Southeast to 15th Ave Southeast and County Road 8 Southeast.

The road will be closed through the end of October, weather permitting, and detours are posted.
