The St. Cloud Salvation Army is releasing the final totals of donations collected over the past holiday season. The organization raised over $552,300 this year which is over $15,000 more then was collected last year.

Major Steven Koehler said that the Red Kettle campaign collected over $28,000 more than 2010 totals but the mail portion was $13,000 short of last year’s total. The Red Kettle drive was helped by the efforts of five local mayors who raised over $3,700 with an anonymous donor who gave $3,000 to the effort.
