St. Cloud Police arrest a woman who they believe was driving under the influence of alcohol early Saturday morning. Police pulled over 21-year-old Jasmine Alonia Tetter of St. Cloud for a traffic violation in the 300 block of 7th Avenue South just after 2 a.m.

Tetter was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol. Police found 2 pills Tetter was concealing which are believed to be Vicoden. Tetter was taken to the Stearns County Jail and is facing charges of 5th degree controlled substance and 4th degree DWI.
