A St. Cloud man is facing charges after allegedly violating a no contact order. St. Cloud Police were called to the 300 block of 22nd Avenue North just after 12 p.m. Sunday. Police arrested 52-year-old Wade Arthur Hagberg on a domestic abuse no contact order violation and also on a domestic assault charge after a police investigation.

The 47-year-old victim was not injured during the assault. According to police, due to Hagberg’s prior convictions for domestic violence, both of the new charges are felony violations. Hagberg is currently being held in the Stearns County Jail on charges of felony domestic abuse no contact order violation and felony domestic assault.
