St. Cloud Police are searching for a suspect that broke into an apartment and stole several items. Police were called to the 1500 block of Highway 23 East at 6 a.m. Monday after a 68-year-old man returned from vacation and found his apartment ransacked.

Police say the suspect entered the apartment by breaking a bedroom window and taking several items while inside. Police believe the suspect was in the area recently after finding fresh footprints outside the apartment complex. No suspects have been identified but evidence found at the scene is currently being reviewed.
