The Rural AIDS Action Network is commemorating World AIDS Day and hosting an open house for their new location in St. Cloud on Thursday. The event will take place at the organizations new location, 300 East St. Germain Street-Suite 220 from 3 to 6 p.m. RAAN recently relocated from Little Falls to St. Cloud. The event is open to the public and refreshments will be served.
