The 23rd annual Festival of Lights is coming to the St. Cloud Hospital.
The event will be held in front of the hospital from 6 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, December 1st.

In addition to the lighting ceremony there will also be horse-drawn trolley rides, reindeer, holiday carols and refreshments.The event is open to the public, and attendees are asked to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the food shelf.
