Archived: Student Referendum Voting Begins

Students at St. Cloud State can vote in the Student Government fall election and referendum. Voting began at 8 a.m. Monday and is running through 3 p.m. Wednesday. Ten college Senator positions are up for election along with three referendum topics.

Student Government President Sam Ivey is encouraging students to vote in the election and make their voices heard on three key referendum topics.The biggest referendum item is the proposed Atwood Memorial Center renovation with an estimated cost of $15 million.

All currently enrolled students are eligible to vote in the election. An email about the election along with the link to vote was sent to each students personal email address.
