St. Cloud Police, along with the St. Cloud Fire Department and Gold Cross Ambulance, went to Highway 23 and 33rd Avenue to respond to a car crash. Police say a car driven by 37-year-old John Adams of Washburn, Wisconsin was driving East on Highway 23 when he hit a car driven by 24-year-old Asho Hiir of St. Cloud who was going North on 33rd.

After a short investigation, Hiir was cited for failing to obey a street light and was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
