St. Cloud Police went to the 800 block of 150 Highway 10 North for a report of a domestic disturbance Tuesday around 6:30 p.m. A police investigation found that a 14-year-old boy from St. Cloud had allegedly strangled and assaulted his 35-year-old uncle who lives with him.

The boy was taken to the Benton County Jail and is facing charges of alleged domestic assault by strangulation, 5th degree domestic assault and obstructing the legal process. The victim denied medical assistance at the scene.
