Five long years of hard work and dedication is paying off as the St. Cloud State University Husky Sports Band is finally performing on the road. Band Director Glen Toumaala says the road performance is a first for the band. The Sports Band will kick off their away-game performances at Winona State to cheer on the Huskies this Saturday. The band will also be performing pregame for tailgaters and together with Winona state after the game. The Sport Band was established in 2006 and performs at football, men’s and women’s basketball, playoff hockey games as well as two concerts each school year.
