A St. Cloud man was arrested shortly after 2 a.m. Thursday after allegedly punching a man in the face on Fifth Avenue South in downtown St. Cloud. According to the police report, 22-year-old Calvin Philip Anderson Larson of St. Cloud punched a 22-year-old St. Paul man in the face after a verbal argument.

The victim suffered a cut to his lip and was taken by officers to the St. Cloud Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Larson was taken to the Stearns County Jail and faces possible charges of third degree assault.
