A cyclist was cited with a pedestrian crosswalk violation on Monday morning after being struck by a moving car. 19 year-old St. Cloud resident, Jo Santillan-Carmona was riding off of the sidewalk when she was struck by a car driven by 35 year-old Sauk Rapids resident Jeffery Klein. Klein was making a right turn onto 2nd Street South from 25th Ave South when the accident happened. Santillan-Carmona was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
