A St. Cloud man was arrested for allegedly assaulting an office employee at the Midtown Square Mall on Tuesday. The police report says 20 year old David Frederick Tresco entered an office suite in the Midtown Square Mall and struck one of the employees in the back of the head before he was escorted out. He left the scene before officers arrived but was caught in the 300 block of 33rd Avenue North. Tresco is currently being held in the Stearns County Jail on charges of felony assault, disorderly conduct, and obstructing the legal process. The victim, a 26 year old resident of St. Cloud, was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital and treated for non life threatening injuries.
