St. Cloud Police are trying to track down the man they believe is the suspect in the burglary of City Hall over New Year’s weekend. 20-year-old William Levi Brim is described as black, 6’0", and about 180 lbs. Police say Brim spends a lot of time in downtown St. Cloud and area homeless shelters. Anyone who sees this man is asked not to approach him, and instead call the St. Cloud Police Department at (320) 251-1200.
