Archived: One Man Flees Police, Three Arrested
Three people were arrested over the weekend on outstanding warrants. Just after 2:30 p.m. Saturday police saw a suspicious vehicle traveling near 2nd Avenue Northeast and 1st Street South. Police began following the car when they say a passenger they later identified as 19 year old Dylan Micheal Kelley, of St. Cloud, got out of the car and tried to run away. Police say Kelley fled onto the Mississippi River where they eventually caught and arrested him south of the Granite City Bridge for fleeing an officer on foot. Police found that Kelley had a felony arrest warrant for burglary as well as one for theft and tampering with a motor vehicle. Police identified the driver of the car as 20 year old Cody Joseph Keeler, of Foley. Keeler was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor Stearns County warrant. Police also identified the back seat passenger as 19 year old Tiffani Rae Kline of Foley. Kline was arrested on a felony Benton County warrant for controlled substance possession. Kline also had two additional warrants out for theft. Kelley, Keeler, And Kline are currently being held in jail on their outstanding warrants.
