More than 700 elementary school students, presenters, chaperones and volunteers are visiting St. Cloud State for an event called Science Rocks! Science Rocks is a nature and science conference for 5th and 6th graders in Central Minnesota and is coordinated by Resource Training and Solutions. Starting Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Wick Science building the conference introduces students to a variety of science and nature elements through presentations and hands on learning. A sampling of the sessions include: From Cows to Cream, Rev’ed Up Robots and Remarkable Reptiles. This is the 5th year of the conference.
