Stearns County swore in its two newest commissioners this week. Mark Bromenschenkel took the oath of office for District 2, which represents St. Joseph, Sartell and Waite Park. Jeff Mergen was sworn in for District 3, which represents Avon, Cold Spring, Eden Valley, Holdingford, Kimball, Richmond, Rockville, and St. Stephen. The board also voted Don Otte of district 5 to be chair of the board and DeWayne Mareck of District 1 to be Vice Chair.
