A routine police call leads to a drug arrest in St. Cloud. It happened early Monday morning on the 3300 block of 14th Street North, near Northway Park. Police were called to the home to help defuse a verbal argument. When they arrived, they ran the information for 27-year-old Damion Kent Hallmon of North Minneapolis and discovered a felony warrant in Stearns County for forgery. Police searched the man and found 13 rocks of suspected crack cocaine and a large amount of cash. Hallmon is being held in the Stearns County Jail where he faces charges of possession with intent to sell along with his felony warrant.
