Police are looking for someone they say posted a phony ad on Craigslist. According to police a fifty year old St. Cloud man left a Toro snow blower at the end of his driveway after it stopped running. Police say a person pretending to be the owner posted it on Craigslist saying it was free and at the end of the driveway for anyone to pick up. Police say an unsuspecting person then came and picked it up not knowing the post was fraudulent. The snow blower is now missing. Police are asking whoever picked up the snow blower to please return it to the owner where they picked it up or to take it to the St. Cloud Police Department. Police are currently investigating the incident and trying to find the person who posted the fraudulent ad.
