“Safe and successful” is what St. Cloud Police are calling the St. Cloud State Homecoming weekend. Over the weekend, police issued 255 citations to 204 people. That’s 31 more citations than last year’s homecoming total. This year’s violations included 116 underage drinking violations, 36 open containers, eight disorderly conducts, eight public urination violations, three DWI’s, and 12 social host ordinance violations, which holds a person criminally responsible for hosting a party where underage drinking takes place. 29 people were booked into the Stearns County Jail over homecoming weekend.
