St. Cloud Police Officers arriving at Mills Fleet on Division Street for a report of shoplifting were told by the store’s loss prevention staff that three suspects were on foot.

According to police, one of the men was taken into custody near the store’s car wash, while two of the suspects fled the scene in a vehicle.  Officers stopped the vehicle a short time later and was searched by officers for the stolen property.   During the search officers located a large amount of a controlled substance in the car.

Three men were cited during the investigation.  Troy Linder, who has no listed permanent address, was cited for 2nd degree controlled substance possession.  Luke Pitzen of Sartell was cited for theft, possession of a small amount, and for outstanding warrants in Benton County.  Curtis Wilson of St. Cloud was cited for theft and released.
