A woman was arrested Saturday afternoon on charges of assault and disorderly conduct in Waite Park.  Police received a call that 21 year old, Jaye Darlyn Wilder was threatening a victim near 320 2^nd Avenue South with a small wooden bat. Police say this is the second assault incident relating to Wilder and the victim in the past three days. Waite Park Police Chief Dave Bentrud says when Wilder was informed that she was being arrested she began to resist and tried to hit officers.   A taser was used to take Wilder into custody. After treatment at the St. Cloud Hospital, she was taken to Stearns County Jail and is now being held for court charges of Assault and Obstructing Legal Process.
