Three are injured after a two car crash in St. Cloud was initiated by a woman without a driver’s license. It happened just after 11:00 am Wednesday at the intersection of 2nd Street North and 7th Avenue North, near Wilson Park. Police say 21-year-old Masno Mohamed Hassan ran a red light and hit another car, injuring two 18-year-old women from St. Cloud. Hassan was also hurt, and the three were taken to the hospital. Police say Hassan was violating her instructional permit by driving without a licensed driver in the vehicle.
