Archived: Robbery in Sauk Centre

Two people were robbed in Sauk Centre on Sunday afternoon. According to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, the two victims were parked on a gravel road south of Sauk Centre when a van parked next to their car. A man then got out of the van and continued to break into the victim’s vehicle. The man held a knife to one of the victim’s throat and demanded money, and ordered both of the victims to kneel on the ground. The suspect fled the scene when 911 was called. After further investigation, the suspect was identified as 26 year old Dylan John Lambertson. According to Stearns County Sheriff John L. Sanner, Lambertson was transported to the Stearns County Jail, and arrested for 1st degree aggravated robbery, and 2nd degree assault.
