Police say several St. Cloud residents have fallen victim to door-to-door money scams. On Monday, St. Cloud Police took several calls about a young woman going door-to-door asking for money for a school trip. Police say she went to several homes on St. Cloud’s south side, claiming to work for a fake company called NXCESS. She reportedly told people she was selling magazine subscriptions and that proceeds would be sent to the troops overseas.

Police say several people gave money to the woman, who has not been found. She is described as being around 20-years-old with dark brown hair. If anyone suspicious comes to your door, St. Cloud Police would like you to call them at (320) 251-1200.
