27 people got in trouble with the police Thursday night during a special enforcement near St. Cloud State. From 9pm to 5am, police focused on enforcing alcohol related offenses. Among the arrests and citations, 9 people received minors, 5 disorderly conducts, 2 open container violations, and 1 DUI. Police say alcohol enforcement near SCSU will continue every weekend leading up to Homecoming.
