For students who plan on graduating soon, the job search might soon get easier. According to the Career Services Center at St. Cloud State, 42% of employers plan to increase hiring in the next year, compared to 20% last year. The most hirable skills students can possess, according to the survey, include verbal and written communication, honesty and integrity, and strong work ethic. The Career Services Center obtained these figures through its annual survey of 93 organizations who often hire college graduates.
