Archived: Chinese Moonlight Festival Held At SCSU

The Chinese Moonlight Festival will be held this Saturday in the Atwood ballroom. Also called Mid-Autumn Day, the Moonlight festival is a celebration the legend of Houyi and Chang’e. In Chinese mythology Houyi was an archer and his wife Chang’e was a moon goddess. The festival is held this Saturday, the 18th by the China Club, and is open to the public. Tickets are sold in Atwood and Garvey Commons. Students are $5 and faculty and public are $8.
