The Saint Cloud State Science Express is back this year, traveling to schools all around Central Minnesota. The Science Express provides hands on learning experience in many different subjects to students K-12. The Science Express is kicking off their second year at St. Joseph Elementary School the week of Sept. 20^th. The Science Express debuted in the fall of 2009 with help from the Morgan Family Foundation who gave a $50,000 donation and a $200,000 grant received from the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Bioscience Initiative.

The schedule for 2010 has 20 different campuses booked to be visited. There are many new experiments and exhibits added to the Science Express this year that will cover topics such as disease diagnosis, microscopy, and DNA profiling.
