Former Republican Governor Arne Carlson is officially endorsing Independence Party gubernatorial candidate Tom Horner. Carlson says he is “the only candidate in the race who has the vision, plan and capabilities to restore financial integrity to the state.” Today, Horner and Carlson are on a bus tour throughout the state, holding news conferences about the endorsement. One of their stops will be in the Mississippi Room of the St. Cloud Public Library today at 3:00 pm. The event is open to the public.
