Groundbreaking for the $22 million St. Cloud Civic Center Expansion is set to take place Tuesday at 4 pm. The expansion is said to nearly double the size of the existing Civic Center as well as double the economic impact on the St. Cloud community. The remodeled building will have the capacity to host more events more often. The expansion is set to be completed in the fall of 2011.
