Archived: Benton County Sheriff Looking For Suspect In Attempted Abduction
An eleven-year-old girl was allegedly approached by a man in a van, who threatened the girl when she refused a ride. The incident happened Friday at the Rockwood Estates trailer park in Rice, Minnesota.
The victim was not harmed in the attempted abduction. The suspect is described as a white man, about 60 years old with thick wavy hair and short sideburns. The suspect’s vehicle is described as an older gray minivan with dark tinted windows, and black molding on the bottom. The van also has a Minnesota Critical Habitat license plate with the image of a loo n on it.
