The St. Cloud man found dead in a Sherburne County lake drowned to death, according to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office. Earlier this week, investigators found 37-year-old Jason Lofgren in 13 feet of water in Long Lake, near Clear Lake. The St. Cloud man left to go boating on Monday and was missing for almost 24 hours before he was found. The Sheriff’s Department says foul play is not suspected in his death.
