Three people were taken to the St. Cloud Hospital with minor injuries after a car accident Wednesday afternoon. The accident happened at the intersection of 33rd Avenue North and 8th Street North shortly after 2:30p.m.  

The police investigation indicates 29-year-old Madino Ali Sigar was driving westbound on 8th Street North when she failed to yield to the right of way of an oncoming truck.  A 22-year-old passenger in her car as well as the driver of the truck, 51 year old Joel Eric Sund of St. Cloud, were all taken to the hospital with their minor injuries.

 Police gave Sigur a ticket for a right of way violation. She was also taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
