Archived: First Palmer Brother Sentenced to 26 Years
One of two brothers convicted in the April 2009 shooting death of a St. Cloud man has been sentenced to 26 years in prison. 21-year-old Da’Leino Palmer was convicted of aiding in the murder of Ernest Moss. It happened on April 29th of last year. Moss was shot several times after arguing with Da’Leino and Keonne Palmer outside Moss’ home on St. Cloud’s north side.
By pleading guilty to second degree murder in an earlier court date, Da’Leino agreed to testify against his brother, Keonne, who was convicted of first-degree premeditated murder. Keonne is scheduled to be sentenced on May 20th.
