A reported domestic assault leads to the arrest of convicted felon who possessed gun and marijuana. St. Cloud Police arrived at 1506 Kilian Boulevard at about 10:30 a.m. for a reported domestic assault. Officers were told of a man walking near the location of the reported incident. Police found the man, 37 year old Rashee Nikko Henry whose criminal record showed he is a convicted felon. When officer talked with Henry, they found a fully loaded 45 caliber revolver and 31.2 grams of suspected marijuana. A records check showed the handgun was stolen from a recent Sherburne County burglary. Henry was taken to the Sherburne Jail on the charges of felon in possession of a firearm, felony possession of stolen property, and possession of a small amount of marijuana. The original domestic assault call did not have enough evidence to charge anyone.
