Police arrested a 19-year-old man and 17-year-old boy for stealing items from cars inside a parking garage in St. Cloud. It happened just after 3:30 Wednesday morning at 3225 Maine Prairie Road. Police responded to an alarm. When they arrived at the garage, officers found 19-year-old Abdulkadir Omar and a 17-year-old boy, both residents of St. Cloud. Police say the two were in possession of property stolen from cars inside the garage.

Omar was taken to the Stearns County Jail, while the 17-year-old was taken to a juvenile facility. Both face charges of burglary and tampering with a motor vehicle.
