35-year-old James Edwards of St. Cloud is back behind bars again, this time for alleged terroristic threats and domestic assault. According to Police, when Edwards was released from jail early Wednesday morning he traveled to the home of a 27-year-old female in the 1300 block of 14th Street North and refused to leave. After receiving the complaint, police arrived on the scene just after 4:30 am where they eventually arrested Edwards. He is being held in the Stearns County Jail on felony charges for terrorist threats as well as gross misdemeanor domestic assault charges.
