A 32-year-old Big Lake man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl more than once. The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Matthew Kapitan on Wednesday. The Sheriff’s Department says Kapitan was taken into custody without incident and is being held in the Sherburne County Jail for 1st degree criminal sexual conduct.
